Night cereal craves call for Raw Vegan Acai Berry bowl topped off with crunchy coconut flakes and fresh blueberries🍴 
Ingredients: 4 frozen bananas, 2 cups of frozen blueberries, 1 tbsp of acai powder, 1 teaspoon of coconut flesh & 1 cup of coconut water.

Picked up some organic bananas on the way home! Gosh I never find spotty bananas in NYC markets. Wonder what they do with all those spotty bananas. I sure don’t mind buying them at a discounted price. Just because they aren’t aesthically pleasing doesn’t mean they aren’t  perfectly ripe.  These were 99 cents per pound. 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌 Tomorrow I’ll be shopping for some more fruits & veggies from the farmers market to fill up my empty fridge. I’m thinking to do a little sneak peak of my fridge ✌
Ah, so glad to be back in NYC. Omg you guys, I’ve been away from IG for over 2 weeks now, feels like forever. I lost internet connection while traveling throughout Southern Morocco. It was so beautiful though. In the meantime, let the NYC fast fruit stops begin! One thing I really love about NYC is the abundance of fruit. Raw Vegan Blueberry Coconut Sorbet πŸ’œ 
Recipe:
Blend a handful of berries (or less) for this light purple hue, 
1 scoop of coconut flesh cream & 
2-3 frozen bananas (or frozen coconut meat, if you dislike bananas)
Freeze the cream for about 1hr & then blend it in with the rest of the ingredients. 
My secret ingredient for this thick texture is that coconut flesh cream (butter like texture) the brand I use is the unsweetened 'Let's Go Organic' . Just heaven ✌
Perfect vegan snack: No fat, baked & Crispy sweet potato fries & creamy guacamole dip. The recipe is quite simple: 1-2 sweet potatoes peeled + chopped tiny long strips (or what I like to do is put it through my manual fry cutter) and put in the oven for about 30 minutes at 350F and then move it to the dehydrator to get as crispy as you desire. The guacamole dip was 1 avocado, juice of lemon, cracked pepper, parsley, garlic, Himalayan salt (the pink one), fresh ginger, tsp of wheatgrass powder (optional). blend it together with a food processor to get the creamiest texture!
